Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We ship across the U.S. via USPS, UPS, or FedEx

• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Complimentary on orders over $500
• Express Shipping (1–3 business days): Calculated at checkout
• International Shipping: Available to select countries. Rates and delivery times will be shown at checkout

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

30-Day Return & Exchange Window

You may return, exchange, or cancel any order within 30 days of the original purchase date — no exceptions. This applies to:

• In-stock items
• Preordered items
• Limited editions
• Any other merchandise purchased on www.auter.co

How Returns Work

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• Preordered items follow the same return standards once delivered

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, AUTER does not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style:

1. Place a new order for the desired item.
2. Return the original item within 30 days of purchase following our return guidelines.
3. Once approved, a refund will be issued for the original item.

This ensures the fastest processing and guarantees availability of the item you want.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order at any time within 30 days of purchase, before shipment. Once the order has shipped, you may return it under our standard return terms.

Return Shipping

To ensure a smooth and efficient return experience, a $25 restocking fee will be applied to all returns and deducted from the refund amount. This allows us to manage return shipping and careful inspection of each piece. We recommend retaining your return confirmation until your refund has been processed.
